Contractor Solutions Group, Inc. (CSG) is the leading provider of training programs on federal contract labor standards including the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA), the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA), and related labor-management statutes.  CSG programs focus on day-to-day applications of these laws, compliance requirements, and practical strategies to assist clients in making the most effective business decisions possible.

All training programs are presented by the most experienced labor-management specialists available – representing industry perspectives is Al Corvigno (retired from Lockheed Martin, formerly with  Loral, Ford Aerospace, and Ford Motor Co.), and representing agency procurement perspectives is Diane Truman (retired Navy Labor Advisor and a former Air Force Labor Advisor).  These two instructors share over 80 years experience in labor law applications.  In addition, CSG utilizes presenters from various organizations that specialize in contract labor issues, including representatives from the Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Department of Defense and other federal agency labor advisors, procurement specialists, and attorneys specializing in procurement and labor law. 

All of our attendees are provided with a comprehensive program book containing a copy of each presentation and extensive reference material including a list of key federal agency officials.  Additionally, attendees are always invited to contact CSG instructors for more detailed technical assistance following the course presentation.  The availability of this assistance is one of the most valuable benefits of the entire course.

In addition to our Upcoming Events, CSG can develop customized SCA and DBRA Training Programs for your company.  Customized programs are available throughout the nation and can be delivered on-site with no minimum attendee requirements
